WHO raises influenza pandemic alert to Phase 5 - Time to activate your crisis communications plans

On April 29th, the World Health Organization raised the influenza pandemic alert to Phase 5 out of a possible 6, labeling the pandemic as imminent.  Although this should not create a panic, those of you who have worked with Media in English know that proper preparation, performance and excellent communication are the keys to personal and business success, and in this case, could become the keys to personal and corporate survival as well.
